Jennifer is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors, and a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed by the State of Illinois. She has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Counseling from Argosy University, Master of Arts (MA), Psychology from National Louis University, and a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from Chicago State University.
Experience
Her experience spans over 20 years as a Child Welfare Supervisor and Director of Foster Care. In those roles, she managed therapeutic intervention services and case management invloving children, adolescents, and adults using individual and family treatment plans. She favors short-term plans that support long-term strategic enhanced goals, setting expectations for the use of quality and performance improvement goals to follow policy, procedure, and best practice. She also prefers service delivery processes that have been shown to contribute to good outcomes.

She is passionate about providing case management and psychotherapy to assist clients with their social change and behavioral health care. Her success can be mostly attributed to having the ability to normalize the people she serves in behaviors and situations to utilize evidence-based treatment approaches to assist clients in improving their health, social conditions, and wellness.
