Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver telehealth therapy services to clients, conducting individual and group sessions as needed
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans to support their mental health goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education requirements for LCSW licensure
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state where you practice (LCSW)
- Experience working with telehealth platforms and delivering virtual therapy services (or willingness to learn)
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
