We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Northwest Indiana. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate family and couples therapy sessions, assessing and addressing relationship dynamics and individual needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotional well-being
  • Work with individuals, couples, and families to identify and achieve their therapeutic goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Indiana (LMFT)
  • Experience working with family and couples therapy, with a focus on communication and relationship dynamics
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and family structures
