We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Northwest Indiana. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate family and couples therapy sessions, assessing and addressing relationship dynamics and individual needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans that promote healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotional well-being
- Work with individuals, couples, and families to identify and achieve their therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Indiana (LMFT)
- Experience working with family and couples therapy, with a focus on communication and relationship dynamics
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and family structures
